ACCI Organizational Framework

ACCI is built on a multi-layered structure that reflects inclusivity and collaboration. Each body plays a critical role in policy advocacy, member services, and industry development.

Structure Overview:

National Board – Core Governing authority – Senior leadership responsible for execution and oversight. It is the highest decision-making body of ACCI.  It sets the strategic direction, oversees governance, and ensures that ACCI remains aligned with its mission of inclusive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Approving policies and initiatives
Guiding advocacy efforts
Representing ACCI at National and Global forums
Ensuring transparency and accountability
Facilitating innovation and growth for is members with widening networks.

National Board Members:

Its members include Founders, Life Members, Industry Leaders, Bankers, etc., besides nominated leaders from Government, Industry and Trade, Educational Departments and Universities.

Presently, its members are nominated from among Founder Signatories, Industry Leaders, Bureaucracy, representatives from different sectors of trade and industry, banking, logistics and also the specialized consultancy firms, legal fraternity to enrich their contribution and to strengthen ACCI

National Advisory Board –

Industry leaders and experts offering policy guidance.

Expert Committees –

Specialized focus groups addressing key sectors (MSMEs, Start-ups, Women Empowerment, SBM., etc)

Consultative Experts Panel –

To provide consultation to individual membership and help in compliance issues and grievance redressal, a uniqueness of ACCI.  Consultative Experts Panel to address the issues of stakeholders and to provide professional assistance, in Income Tax, GST, Company Law, Labour Law, Finance Management, etc., and Compliance Advisory, HR Management, Legal & Statutory Support, International Trade Facilitation

Regional Chapters – Ensuring outreach and representation Pan India.  They are being established with active assistance and support of the Non-Resident Tamil Welfare Board of Government of Tamil Nadu and with the help of Regional Chambers having similar objectives.
